Something to think about:

Some experts estimate that only 1 to 3 percent of all resumes received will result in actual job interviews. If that's true for your company, then you are reading 300-900 resumes just to find 9 good candidates to interview. Of those, how many will get offers? 30%? Let's say you give 3 offers. What's your acceptance rate? 50-60%? Perhaps, you'll get 1 acceptance.

So if you need to hire 6 people, that translates into 1500-4500 resumes, 45 interviews, 13 offers and 6 accepts. Do you have time for that?
