The Talent Acquisition Process
Needs Assessment: Your Account Manager will get a clear understanding of your hiring needs. Beyond the qualifications of the job, we'll find out about your corporate values and team culture to ensure that your new hire(s) will be an asset to your organization.
Candidate Search and Evaluation: Your Account Manager and Blue Chip's research team (if necessary) will conduct an extensive search for candidates that match your ideal candidate profile. Your Account Manager will carefully screen the resumes and will interview only the most qualified candidates. Following the interviews, only the top candidates will be presented for your consideration.
Candidate Presentation: You and your Account Manager will agree upon a method for presenting candidates. Typically, you will receive an email containing a candidate summary and blind copies of the candidates' resumes.
Interviews/Reference Checks: Once you have determined which candidates(s) you wish to interview, your Account Manager will work with you and the candidate to make that happen. If time permits, we will check the candidate's references before the interview take place. Following the interview, your Account Manager will have a debriefing session with you and with your candidate, separately. Your Account Manager can assist with resolving any follow-up questions that arise, as appropriate.
Decision and Offer: When you are ready to make a hiring decision, your Account Manager will facilitate the offer or rejection process.
