Executive Coaching for Leadership Development
Become a leader who inspires and enrolls others in their vision.
Developing Key Leadership Competencies is the focus of this 6 month coaching program. The employee and the coach go through a 4 step process beginning with several assessments, including a 360 Degree Multi-Rater Assessment. Blue Chip’s coaches are certified in providing feedback around the 360 and are skilled at identifying "opportunities for development." Once the employee and the manager have agreed on the goals for development, the coach introduces key skill and provides opportunities for the employee to practice these skills over a pre-defined period of time. By the end of the coaching period, the new leader will have a greater ability to influence others, both internally and externally.
Who is it for?
- Employees who are at the top or near the top echelon of their organization, and for Line Managers who are visionaries and know what needs to be done and need the confidence to speak their vision – and are ready to take their leadership skills to the “next level.”
- Employees who were recently promoted to a manager-level position, to set them up for success in their new role.
Transition Integration Coaching
Transition Integration Coaching is a process that helps leaders leverage their strengths to make a rapid and significant impact on the business challenges they will face during the first one hundred days of assuming a new leadership role. The emphasis of this type of coaching is on the short-term accomplishment of business tasks rather than broader or longer-term leadership development.
Who is it for?
New hires, to assist them with assimilation into a new company and adjusting to a new corporate culture, new bosses, etc.
Targeted Impact Coaching
Targeted Impact Coaching is the process that assists leaders with leveraging their strengths to make a rapid and significant impact on a specific task, business challenge or performance issue. Targeted Impact Coaching not only helps the leader to leverage strengths, but also enables the leaders to identify personal blind spots that could impede the successful accomplishment of goals. The goal might be the achievement of a set of business results in a specified period of time or the use of a new skill set required for their current or future opportunity.
Who is it for?
- Employees who are facing a unique challenge as a result of a new task or business issue.
- Employees who are having specific performance issues such as challenges with effective communication, delegation, or polished professionalism.
